Order Processing Times
All styles are hand made to order and generally require up to 2-7 business days to process. During peak times and busy periods, please allow a few extra days for processing. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email. Wherever possible, kindly provide your event date in the comments section. This allows us to better tailor our service and help ensure your custom piece arrives in time for your event!
Domestic Shipping Options
We offer both standard and express shipping options via Australia Post Parcel Post.
Please note that the below times are estimates only, and may slightly differ depending on your location. For example: If the parcel is being delivered interstate or in a regional area outside a major metropolitan area, please allow additional time for your parcel to reach you.
Australia Post - Standard Parcel Post Option - Please allow 2 - 6 Business days.
Australia Post - Express Post Option - Please allow 1-3 Business Days.
Note ~ Orders are not fulfilled or delivered on public holidays or weekends.
Order Tracking
All orders are dispatched with a tracking number. Designandpartyco. will provide you with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please note that Designandpartyco. can not be held responsible for shipping delays or times once your order has left our care.
International Shipping
Sorry we only ship within Australia, and do not ship internationally at this time.
