Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

If you have any questions regarding one of our products, please contact us at designandpartyco@gmail.com before placing your order and we will be happy to assist.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products and being made to order we do not accept or offer refunds, returns or cancellations on custom orders once placed and paid.
Please take a moment to double-check the spelling and grammar before placing your order. Since your design is made just for you, we’re not able to offer refunds or replacements for any mistakes entered during the ordering process on our customised items.
In the event that your item has arrived to you not as expected, please contact us by email, and we will be happy to assist.

Please Note ~ We do not accept wear and tear caused by normal use. If you choose to keep your products after using them for future use, please take good care of them. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cloths on acrylic due to its delicate nature.
Damages and issues
We’ll do our best to replace any items that were damaged during shipping and make things right!
If your item arrives damaged, we're really sorry! Please get in touch with us as soon as you receive it. Just send a few clear photos of the damage and the packaging to designandpartyco@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Because our products are customised specifically for you and your occasion, we are unable to offer exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and email you to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
